Software Engineer (TypeScript, Golang)

Join us in building secure, scalable, and intelligent systems that power Smart Buildings and the Digital National ID infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled and driven Software Engineer to develop and maintain backend systems that manage real-time data from sensors and users. You'll play a key role in designing high-availability architectures, optimizing resource usage, and supporting system scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems including APIs, frameworks, databases, and infrastructure for Smart Building and Digital National ID projects

• Analyze and resolve technical issues with a holistic approach

• Build efficient backend solutions tailored for each platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Design) to deliver high-performance, scalable platforms

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

• Understanding of networks and distributed systems (e.g., concurrency, transactions)

• Familiar with software design patterns

• Experience or interest in Node.js, Express, or Fastify

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

• Eagerness to learn and improve continuously

• Proficiency in using English for technical research and learning

• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., event-driven architecture, message queues)

• Interest in knowledge sharing and collaborative development

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Experience with automated testing frameworks

• Flexibility to rotate across development roles as needed
